Victoria Ann "Vicki" Larson

     Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary of Hays is not handling the services for Vicki, but we are sharing this information on behalf of her family.

     Victoria Ann “Vicki” Larson- age 77, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2024, in Glendale Arizona.  She was born December 11, 1946, in Kansas City to Clyde and Dorothy Yowell.  She married Richard “Dick” Wellbrock and they later separated.  

     Vicki grew up in Palco, Kansas and was a 1964 graduate of Palco High School.  She worked at the U S Department of Defense for a few years then she attended a Business School in Denver, Colorado.  She worked in the Medical Administration for over 40 years in Hays and Scott City, Kansas and the last number of years in Phoenix, Arizona.

     She was a member of the Trinity Cathedral Church in Phoenix, and always had a   passion for helping and serving others.   Her pride and joy were her grandkids.

     Vicki is survived by her son, Rich Wellbrock and wife, Kristi, Phoenix, AZ; her brother, J. Paul Yowell and wife, Joan, Dallas, TX; her sister, Claudia Schroer and husband, Joe, Philadelphia, PA; her grandchildren, Griffin and Madeline Wellbrock.

     She was preceded in death by her parents.
