Samuel Wesley Rich Jr, age 52, of Wichita passed away Thursday, May 8, 2014 at Hays Medical Center.
Funeral services will be at 11 AM Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Open Door Christian Fellowship 560 N. Peterson Wichita, KS.. Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery in Hutchinson.
