Mark Krug

Mark Krug, age 73 of La Crosse, Kansas passed away Monday, June 8, 2026 in La Crosse. He was born June 30, 1952 in La Crosse to Melvin “Pete” and Ruth Anne (Edwards) Krug. Mark graduated from La Crosse High School in 1970 and Fort Hays State University.

Mark was a farmer and did seasonal work with the Soil Conservation District building fence and office work. He had a passion for art and working with his hands. He enjoyed billiards and an occasional black jack game. Mark loved his family and was always willing to help with anything they needed.

He is survived by his sister, Michelle Keogh and husband Jerry of Wichita, Kansas. His parents preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, June 12, 2026 at Keithley Funeral Homes - La Crosse Chapel located at 611 Peace Street in La Crosse. Burial will follow in the La Crosse Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Friday 10:00 AM until service time all at the funeral chapel.
