Lucy Locker

Lucy Claudell Locker, age 69, of Ellis, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2010 at her home. She was born August 14, 1940 in Hoisington, Kansas to Thomas H. and Lucy (Yarnell) Triplett. She married Lawrence Locker on November 10, 1962 in Hays. Lucy worked as a secretary and then became a farm wife working alongside her husband on the family farm.She is survived by her husband, Lawrence of Ellis, four sons, Lawrence Locker Jr. and wife Tanuia, John Locker, Steven Locker and Thomas Locker, a daughter, Jessica Locker and three grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Thomas Triplett and a sister, Jane New.Memorial services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, May 29th at St. John's Catholic Church in Lawrence, Kansas.Contributions are suggested to the Donors Choice.
