Jon F. Kisner, age 83 of Hays, Kansas passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2025. He was born on September 27, 1941, in Abilene, Kansas to Fred “Fritz” and Angela (Dreiling) Kisner.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, October 18, 2025, at The Basilica of Saint Fidelis, Victoria, Kansas. Inurnment with Military Honor Guard Rites will be in Saint Fidelis Cemetery, Victoria, Kansas.
