James Earl Price Jr., age 60, of Hays, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at the Phillips County Hospital in Phillipsburg, Kansas.

He was born October 15, 1965 in Neodesha, Kansas to James Earl and Martha Irean (Byington) Price Sr.. He married Tammy G. (Gour) on March 2, 1996 in San Diego, California. She preceded him in death on November 11, 2025.
