Delores Gross

Delores Gross, age 68, of Gorham, passed away February 14, 2010 at Colorado University Hospital in Aurora, CO. She was born March 27, 1941 in Hays to Edward and Rose (Groff) Rupp. She was a devoted homemaker and mother to five children. She enjoyed many hobbies such as gardening, sewing and bowling.She is survived by a son, Eugene Froelich of Russell; four daughters, Margaret Froelich of Dodge City, Mary Rayburn of Denver, Teresa Froelich of Russell and Natalie Froelich of Gorham; three brothers, William, Francis and Richard Rupp all of Hays; two sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" Chew of hays and Patty Rogers of Kansas City; 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.Delores was preceded in death by her parents, husband Albert Froelich, husband, Virgil "Shorty" Gross and two brothers, Edward Rupp Jr. and Robert Rupp.Memorial services were held on Saturday, February 19th at St. John's Lutheran Church in Russell. Private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
