David Winslow

David Winslow, age 54 of Hays, died Saturday, March 21 at his home. He was born on July 8, 1954 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Robert and Loma Dayle (Brinser) Winslow. He married Doris Herrman on September 26, 1998 in Hays. David volunteered at the Community Support Services Center and St. John's Rest Home he also enjoyed reading and writing poetry and he attended Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.He is survived by his wife Doris of Hays, a son, Christopher Winslow of Hays, His parents, Robert and Dayle Winslow of Aurora, Colorado, three stepsons, Dan Kohl of Schoenchen, Rick Kohl of Moundridge and Scott Kohl of Wamego, two brothers, Greg Winslow of Gunnison, Colorado and Mark Winslow of Denver, Colorado. He is also survived by four grandchildren.He was preceded in death by a sister, Ronda Ann Winslow.Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Hays. Burial to be in Our Lady help of Christians Cemetery in Antonino. Visitation will be on Monday 5:00 - 8:00 and on Friday 9:00- 9:30 all at Brock's North Hill Chapel, 2509 Vine, Hays. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Hays Medical Center or Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
