Craig Eugene Lewis age 68, of Hays, Kansas died Thursday, December 19, 2019, at his residence in Hays. He was born May 9, 1951, at Scott City, Kansas to Ivan and Ramona Lewis.

Craig was raised on a farm North East of Dighton, Kansas. He lived in Topeka and Norton before moving to Hays in 1988. He was resident of Development Services of Northwest Kansas and attended the Reed Development Center. He enjoyed going on outings in Hays with his DSNWK family, to Wal-Mart, the Community Assistant Center, shopping and other trips. He loved his animated animals, the holidays and his birthday.

Survivors include two brothers, Curtis Lewis and wife, Cathy, De Moines, IA, Quinton Lewis, Dighton, KS; two sisters, Maxine Adams and husband, Ronnie, Weatherford, OK; Carla Carrico and husband, David Trojanowsky, Houston, TX; one brother-in-law, Donnie Bevers, Altus, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Cathy Bevers.

Memorial services are 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 10, 2020, at Clines-Keithley Mortuary of Hays. Inurnment will be at 2:30 P.M. Friday, at the Lane County Cemetery, Dighton, Kansas.

The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 11:00 A.M. Friday, at the mortuary.

The family suggests memorial to DSNWK.
