Billie Mickelson Shippy

Billie Mickelson Shippy, age 65, of Ellis, Kansas, passed away August 26, 2025, at Hays Medical Center. 

Services will be Saturday, August 30, 10:30 AM at the Ellis United Methodist Church, in Ellis, Kansas. Visitation will be Friday, 5 PM to 7 PM, at Keithley Funeral Chapel 400 E. 17th street  in Ellis. Saturday Visitation will be at the church 9:30 AM until service time.
