Susan Elliott

Susan M. Elliott, age 87, of Hays, formerly of Hutchinson, passed away Monday, June 6th at St. John's Health Care Center in Hays. She was born on May 2, 1924 in Hoisington to George and Margaret (McGowan) Elliott. She worked in Hutchinson at various bookkeeping jobs working for the Reno County Health Department last. She is survived by a sister, Rose Ann (Elliott) Rome of Hays; three nieces, Mary Goodrow, Pat Schindler and Margaret Durr all of Hays; two nephews, John Rome of Hays and Tom Elliott of McPherson. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, William and Patrick; two sisters, Sarah and Margaret and a nephew, David Rome.Private family services and burial took place on Tuesday, June 7th at St. Joseph Cemetery in Hays.
