Peggy Jean Lessor

Peggy Jean O'Toole-Lessor, age 75, of WaKeeney, passed away Tuesday, August 16th at her home. She was born on November 21, 1935, in Dodge City, Kansas, to Thomas and Ruth (Traylor) O'Toole.She married Robert Lessor in 1968 in Hays, Kansas, and enjoyed being a homemaker.She is survived by two daughters, Laurie Bieker and husband Mike, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Phyllis Park and husband Jim, of WaKeeney, Kansas; one brother, Thomas O'Toole, of Utica, Kansas; one sister, Sharon Wiles, and husband Kevin, of Falcon, Missouri; and two grandchildren, Michael and Heather Bieker.She was preceded in death by her parents.A Celebration of Life Memorial Service was held on Saturday, August 20, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the WaKeeney City Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to be used according to the wishes of the family and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
