Dorothy Mills

Dorothy M. Mills, 85, formerly of Hays, passed away November 9, 2013 at Benchmark Health Care Facility in Rolla, MO. She was born November 17, 1927 in Zurich, KS to Frank and Jennie (Keller) Armbrister. She was a graduate of Ellis High School and Brown Mackie. She married Jerry F. Mills November 6, 1955 at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Ellis.

Dorothy worked as a bank teller in Hays, KS, Hannibal, Cape Girardeau and Rolla in MO and in Montpelier, VT. In Rolla she was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

She is survived by a niece, two nephews and three great nephews.

Her husband, parents and a sister preceded her in death.

Memorial services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Keithley Funeral Chapel 400 E 17th Ellis, KS. 67637.

Inurnment will be at a later date in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Ellis.
