Catherine 'Kitty' Beyer

Catherine "Kitty" (Dinges) Beyer died Friday, June 5th, 2015 at Good Samaritan Society of Hays. She was born September 7, 1927 in Schoenchen, KS to Joseph A. and Catherine (Werth) Dinges. She graduated from Girls Catholic High in Hays. She married Hubie Beyer on September 30, 1946 in Hays. He preceded her in death on March 29, 1994. She was a bookkeeper for Pratt Oil and worked 19 years at Lincoln School as Breakfast Supervisor. She was a member of St. Joseph Church. She is survived by two sons, Greg Beyer and wife Michelle and Mark Beyer and wife Kathy both of Hays; A daughter, Jackie Davis and husband Roger of Hutchinson; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and a sister Helen "Susie" Ubert of Hays She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Fedelis, Frank, Ted and Fr. Anthony Dinges and seven sisters, Ida Werth, Agnes Ruder, Martina Ruder, Mary Pfannenstiel, Bert Rayl, Rose Smith and Pauletta Hamel Funeral services will be 10 AM Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hays. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday 4 PM 8 PM and Tuesday 9 AM 9:30 AM at Brocks-Keithley Funeral Chapel 2509 Vine Hays, KS 67601. A parish vigil service will be held at 7 PM all at the funeral chapel.
